The inspiration for ‘Keren’s Jewish Kitchen’ comes from love and longing to the incredible Jewish-Mediterranean cuisine introduced to me as a child in Jerusalem by my grandmothers.
Their cooking combined with Many years of work experience as a professional cook and baker,Both in Israel and Europe made the foundation for ‘Keren’s Jewish Kitchen’.

Kosher cooking for me is a process in which one has the privilege to enjoy the abundance of smells, colors and tastes given to us by the creator. Then share and pass it on to the delight and healthy nourishment of others.
By using clean fresh non processed ingredients, chemical and animal supplements are eliminated. Bio products are available on demand.
Once a week on Shabbat I give rest to the pots and pans.
